A quick look into what a Fortura Design & Scan Day looks like

At Fortura, a Design & Scan Day is where innovation meets real-world feedback. These dedicated sessions allow us to get hands-on with the latest Milwaukee tools and accessories, ensuring we can continue developing storage solutions that meet the needs of tradespeople and professionals.

While the scanning process is highly technical, the day itself is built around collaboration from both ourselves and the client. Using advanced 3D scanning technology, we are able to create highly accurate digital models of each tool. This process captures every contour, measurement, and detail, providing the foundation for our custom organiser designs. We're currently looking into designing more Milwaukee PACKOUT™ solutions for the XL Toolbox & the Rolling Toolchest.

Once the scanning is complete, our design team begins transforming the digital models into practical storage solutions. Multiple design concepts are evaluated, prototyped, and tested to ensure they meet the durability, functionality, and organisational standards that meets Fortura's benchmark.
