Built out of frustration

Like most good ideas, Fortura started in a garage. Four friends, a shared frustration, and tools rattling around where they shouldn't be. After years of wasted space and inefficient setups, we stopped working around the problem and started building the solution.

We didn't set out to "make inserts." We set out to help people work smarter, not harder — and that goal became the foundation of everything we do.

That first prototyping day — surrounded by tools, laptops, calipers, and 3D printers running nonstop — set the tone for how Fortura operates. We obsess over the details: tolerances, fitment, material choice, print orientation. Not because it's easy, but because getting it right is the whole point.

Every mould we release is optimised to fit its tool perfectly and make the most of every inch inside a packout case. We design for real-world conditions — job sites, transport, and daily wear — not just a product photo.
