Fortura Refunds & Returns (Summary)

Change of mind (Australia):
30 days from delivery. Must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging. We’ll email you an Australia Post label; return shipping is deducted from your refund. Original shipping isn’t refundable.
Change of mind (International):
30 days from delivery. You manage return shipping through your local postal service. Original shipping fees aren’t refundable.
Damaged or faulty:
Email photos within 7 days of delivery for a free replacement or item refund (shipping not refunded). Returns usually not required.
Not eligible:
Used/damaged items, returns after 30 days, or unsolicited returns.
Exchanges:
Not offered. Please return for a refund and place a new order.
Refund timing:
Processed within 48 hours of approval; banks may take up to 10 business days to show funds.
