Fortura Refund & Returns Policy

At Fortura, we stand behind the quality of our precision-made products. If something isn’t quite right, we’ll help make it right. This page covers change-of-mind returns, damaged or faulty items, and refund timelines.

Change of Mind Returns — Australia (30 days)

We accept change-of-mind returns within 30 days of delivery.

  1. Email returns@fortura.com.au
  2. Include your order number
  3. Attach a photo of the unused item in original packaging
  4. Tell us briefly why you’re returning it

Eligibility: Item must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging. Request must be made within 30 days of delivery.

Return shipping: We’ll email you a prepaid Australia Post label. Pack securely, remove old labels, print & attach the new label. Return shipping is deducted from your refund. Original delivery charges are non-refundable.

Refunds: Once received and approved, we issue refunds within 48 hours to the original payment method. Used/damaged items are not eligible.

Change of Mind Returns — International (30 days)

We accept international change-of-mind returns within 30 days of delivery.

Return shipping: Managed by you via your local postal service. We’ll email the return address and packing instructions. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refunds: Issued within 48 hours of receipt/approval. Please allow 2–3 weeks for transit and processing.

Incorrect Item Ordered

If you chose the wrong product, our change-of-mind policy applies. If you spot the mistake before dispatch, email returns@fortura.com.au immediately — we’ll try to update it (not guaranteed once packed).

Damaged or Faulty Items (notify within 7 days)
  1. Email returns@fortura.com.au within 7 days of delivery
  2. Include your order number
  3. Attach clear photos of the issue and the packaging

Your options: a free replacement, or a refund of the item cost (original shipping not refunded). We usually don’t require returns for damaged/faulty claims—photos are sufficient.

Items That Cannot Be Returned
  • Used or damaged items
  • Items returned after 30 days
  • Items sent back without contacting us first (unsolicited returns)
Sale & Discounted Items

Items purchased during a sale or with a discount code can be returned unless marked Final Sale.

Exchanges

We don’t offer direct exchanges. Please complete a return for a refund and place a new order for the item you’d like.

Refund Timelines
  • Refunds processed within 48 hours of approval
  • Banks/payment providers may take up to 10 business days to display funds
  • If your refund hasn’t arrived after 15 business days, email returns@fortura.com.au
Return Address

We’ll provide the correct return address once your return is approved. Please do not send items back without contacting us first — unsolicited parcels can’t be processed.
